We offer whole week stays which are usually Seven nights starting Saturday ( ask us about other start days we will always try) and we also offer short breaks in all seasons - but generally not in main school holidays except at last minute. …

Our weekly prices are for Saturday to Saturday holidays. Each week has its own price and these are subject to change without notice but once you have paid a deposit your price is guaranteed. Weekly rates for the whole house ( not perperson!) vary from approx £350 to approx £1000 and most things are included in the price. Please ask for a quote for the week which interests you. If you are a party of only two people using one king sized room only we may offer a reduction of approx 15-20% on some dates out of school holidays . please ask.

We can also offer short breaks with extra inclusive features, different start days, and longer stays.

What you get - the following are included in the price

Accommodation for up to six people with bed linen (duvets), personal towels, bathmats and tea towels.  Most oil central heating with extra hours easily available at extra charge , electricity, hot water ,Satellite TV use of the hot tub .WiFi included.

Enjoy hotel style bathroom treats, fresh flowers, and a bottle of wine.

Tiny babes in arms accepted free, We have a travel cot (cot linen not provided). Older children welcomed but sadly we are not very suitable for toddlers (i.e. from crawling baby to aged approx 4). Please do ask for fuller information.  

Those with limited mobility most welcome but please read our access statement on this site to see if we are suitable for you

Well behaved dogs £25 each per week. Stabling nearby often available and quoted on request.

Logs for the woodburner charged locally as used. Landline phone available on request , .

Payment

Deposit of £100 per week required on booking. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival. No payments are refundable. Please buy your own cancellation insurance. Prices are in pounds sterling. Prices are subject to change without notice but we always guarantee that the price agreed when your deposit is paid will be the price you are charged- even when our prices have gone up meanwhile.

Euros, dollars and other currencies can be accepted. Prices exclude bank transmission charges Please ask for details. Avoid the complications of a bank and pay us with a credit or debit card by telephone , its much easier for you!
