One of the beest cottages we have stayed in. The garden is really lovely and helped by the brilliant weather.
Lunch at the Goose was vetry good as was the food at the Walnut tree. No food at the Bear this week as the chef is on holiday. Food at the Clytha Arms was exactly as you said- very good but very slow. The Big Pit was well worth a visit. We received a really friendly welcome from Fiona and Malcolm.
