Our 2nd visit here and another splendid week from the moment of the warm welcome from Malcolm to the extra touches that make it so special and are very much appreciated. Of course having the best weather of the year so far was wonderful- it was warmer than the South of France! It was so relaxing and we have done no cooking except for a couple of barbecues in the sun on the patio. We took picnics down the the riverbank and watched the kingfisher diving for fish and we have eaten out in and around Usk. We must praise La Cantina for its food and service. We would certainly love to come back again.
